How can I view my orders?
You can view your orders through “my orders” available in “My account” page.
What should I consider when placing an order?
In order to complete your order in Greyder.com you must complete the payment processes through the bank payment interface where you are directed by entering your card information. For the orders in the “outstanding” mode are cancelled automatically within one (1) in case payment process is not completed. Orders which the payment process is completed and in the “Prepared” mode shall be delivered to UPS within maximum 1-3 days to be shipped to your address.
Warning: in case you leave the interface where you were directed from the bank payment page without viewing the expression “payment is successfully completed”, then the payment condition of your order shall be in “Waiting” mode in the system.
Completed payments shall be in the “Paid” mode under the Completed Offers.
When your order is shipped by a courier company, the information available in your membership form is used. In case of any problem which may arise during shipment of your order, our customer representative shall contact you by using your membership information. Therefore we ask you to update and provide a detailed membership information. You can click here to update your information. Your order shall be sent to the address you provide to us. Please control whether your address is accurate and updated in order to avoid any shipment delivery problem. Click here if you want to add another address or update your present address.
Will I pay for shipment services?
You shall never pay any cargo expense for your shopping processes in Greyder.com. Your order is shipped free of charge to your address without considering the volume, weight and amount within the borders of Turkey. In case you are not satisfied with the product, you may change your order by returning it free of charge.
Can I shop without a membership?
You do not have to create a membership at www.greyder.com to place an order. You can shop with a visitor profile at www.greyder.com. In case you become a member of our website you can track your private information, your orders, gif vouchers, favorite products under ‘My Panel’ topic. You can quickly sign in to our website just with a few step by using our membership form, thereby you can benefit from the membership advantages. You can also use your Facebook account for membership.
I shopped without membership, how can I track my order?
You can track your order from *Order Condition* link available under the *Help* button.
How can I shop by using my credit card?
After verifying the products in the basket from the basket page, you can click *buy* button and proceed to the membership page. If you previously signed in you can skip this page and reach to *my addresses* page. In you have not signed in you can first create your membership and then skip to *my addresses* page. If you want to shop without creating a membership proceed with *continue without signing in*button and enter your e-mail address to the relevant field. If you proceed without signing in, you will be directed to the delivery page. Then after creating a new delivery address in this page, you can click on *complete order” button and reach to the payment page.
At this page you should initially choose your payment option (credit card). Then you must enter the card owner’s full name, card number, card expiry date, and the CVC number and select the installment options. After this you can read the “preliminary information form* and *distance sale contract*, approve and click to *complete order *button and create your order.
I want to change/return my product. How can I do it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your shopping from Greyder.com, you can replace the product or demand refunding within 15 days following the delivery of the product and return it free of charge. In order to benefit from this service, the product should not be used. Return of such products which do not comply with the conditions are not accepted.
You must follow the below procedure for changing/returning the product
RETURN – CHANGE PROCESS
You can return any product which has not lost its saleable property to Greyder.com free of charge with UPS Courier by using Greyder Halkalı Customer Cade (6110 EX).
Sending your Greyder with UPS Courier to Atatürk Bulvarı No.112 (2. Bodrum) 34303 Başakşehir-Istanbul address by attaching your returning or replacement request with a small note will be sufficient.
You must clearly specify your contact information, customer full name to the note with the product you return. After you take deliver of the product free of charge by calling UPS customer services from telephone number 444 00 33 and specifying your 6110EX shipment code, you can resend it the the above address.
When the returned product reaches to our address, it is evaluated by our relevant officers and you are informed about refunding process.
Don’t forget that you can also replace the product with different ones having the same price.
Can I change a product which I bought from online store in any shopping center?
You can only change your online purchase product from the online stores.
How is the inspection process initiated?
We send the worn products to the factory for inspection. Inspection period is 20 business days. In case the product is found to be manufacturing defect as a result of inspection, you shall have a right to change or refunding.
In order to do this you should send by UPS free of charge shipment sent the product with 34C193 code to “Attention to Greyder Internet Sales Department” to the following address:
Greyder Halkalı Merkez Mah. Fatih Cad. No:75 Küçükçekmece/İstanbul (in addition you should write your claim in A4 paper and attach it to the shipment package.
After you take deliver of the product free of charge by calling UPS customer services from telephone number 444 00 33 and specifying 34C193 shipment code, you can resend it the above address.
